Bolt is the European super-app that has over 200 million lifetime customers in 50 countries and over 600 cities across Europe and Africa. We help people give up their cars by offering a better alternative for every use case a private car serves, and food and grocery delivery.

Led the product vision for a multi-million user platform, working closely with a small team of designers, product managers, and analysts. Drove roadmap planning and execution with a strong focus on agile workflows and rapid experimentation. Delivered high-impact results by testing fast, learning quickly, and continuously iterating on the user experience.

Bolt Food Brand Refresh

2025

I led the Bolt Food brand refresh, uniting design, brand, and engineering to bring the new identity to life. We revamped the UI, introduced 3D visuals, and refined our design system—creating a fresh, cohesive, and scalable experience that elevates the app and sets the stage for future innovation.

Bolt Food Design Vision

2025

I worked on Bolt Food’s long-term design vision—looking ahead at industry shifts and emerging tech to shape how people will get food delivered in the future. This strategic work gave leadership and teams clarity and confidence in where we’re heading and how to design for what's next.

Quality Framework

2025

Established a process where design quality improvements are regularly prioritised—even without immediate ROI. Created alignment with product and engineering to treat quality as core to the product, not an afterthought. Introduced structured backlogs and workflows to ensure ongoing implementation alongside feature delivery

Items Search

2024

Solved one of the most critical feature gaps by enabling dish-level search. Delivered a UX-first solution designed to outperform competitors, while laying the groundwork for future improvements in discovery and personalization

Campaigns Visual Communication Strategy

2025

Redesigned a complex incentive communication system to support multiple campaign types. Introduced a scalable, clear UI framework that improves user understanding while preparing the product for future format upgrades..
