Tomaš Jundo
Native Polish, born in Lithuania. Long-time Baltics — Latvia then Estonia, where I now live with my family. Father of three, Master's in Graphic Design from the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków.
I came up through visual and interaction design before moving into product leadership. That foundation matters: I can talk systems thinking with a PM and kerning with a junior designer in the same conversation.
At Bolt I've led the Bolt Food app from a product design perspective since 2022 — owning the visual system, driving roadmap decisions, building the team, and shipping work that reaches hundreds of millions of people.
Leading product design for the Bolt Food app — delivery surface used by tens of millions of people across 50 countries. Responsible for design vision, roadmap, team leadership, and hands-on craft. Drove the 2025 brand refresh, DineOut product launch, Bolt Plus subscription experience, and multiple quality and system initiatives.
Led the product vision for a multi-million user social platform. Managed designers, PMs, and analysts. Drove roadmap planning and execution with a focus on agile workflows and rapid experimentation. Delivered impact by testing fast, learning quickly, and continuously iterating on the user experience.
Bolt's biggest visual update since 2019 — done entirely in-house. Led the food delivery side: new colour system, 400+ 3D illustrations, Inter typography, sonic identity Qui, and a unified visual language across every Bolt Food surface.
Designed a brand new dine-in product from zero — restaurant discovery, in-app bill payment, dine-in discounts. From MVP launch through geofencing notifications, map discovery, and UX refinement.
Making a subscription feel earned at every touchpoint — hero banner, menu discounts, personalised checkout upsell. A system of three features forming a complete acquisition and retention loop.
From restaurant-name lookup to city-wide dish discovery. Item search, filters, misspelling tolerance, navigation restructure — delivering €1.4m annualised impact and −11.2% effort to order.
Three years evolving how Bolt Food communicates discounts — from cognitive overload to a scalable system covering capped offers, payment incentives, Bolt Plus, and stacked campaigns.
