User experience (UX) design became a business differentiator.
The goal is make the user’s interaction as efficient and simple as possible, same time keeping user engaged and interested. It’s a huge challenge every time to look at design from the mind space of a user and solve potential problems.
Usability is not a professional competitive edge, so every time we must consider the marketability of produced work as well.
FOR A BETTER UX:
Understand what are your product goals and how to measure that.
Write various product user scenarios and building patterns of interaction.
Create the products logic via wireframes before starting UI.
Ensure quality and implementation
Ensure information is displayed at the right time and context.
Resort to various kinds of testing and watching what users do (e.g. usability studies, A/B testing, email surveys, etc).
And of course much more..
Before starting to design it’s important to investigate and review all the information about the problem you're trying to solve. Research is an essential part of designer work same as the balance between the business and the user needs. By doing so, you avoid future rework and will move faster, delivering more assertive solutions.
